Privacy Policy · in effect September 10, 2026
This page explains what we collect when you use this website or send us a booking request, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. It covers Electro-Lite Solutions and this website, mobiledripau.com. We keep it short because there is not much to it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number, the service you are interested in, a preferred date and time, and your message. Nothing on this form is required beyond what we need to reply to you.
Like every website, our host also receives the ordinary technical details your browser sends with any request, including your IP address and the kind of browser you are using. We use those for security and to limit abuse of our forms, not to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for health information through this website. Your medical screening happens in person with our licensed team before any therapy is provided, not through a web form.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no Google or Cloudflare analytics tag. We do not set cookies to follow you, and this site sets no cookie at all unless you are a staff member signed in to the admin.
We do count how often each page is opened, and we do it ourselves. When a page loads, it sends us the address of that page and nothing else, and we store that with the date and time in our own database. There is no cookie, no identifier, and no record of who you are, so the count cannot be traced back to a person and two visits by you look exactly like one visit each by two people. We use it to see which pages are worth keeping. Staff pages are never counted.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
How we use what you send
We use it to reply to you, to schedule and run your event or your office visit, to send you a confirmation and a reminder, and to keep ordinary business records of the work we did.
Who else sees it
Our office manager and our clinical team, because they are the people who answer you and provide your care. Our front desk is shared with East Alabama Primary Care, so the person who takes your call may be working for both businesses at that moment.
Beyond our own team, your information passes through two service providers and no others. The first hosts this website, stores our database, runs the spam check on our forms, and provides the assistant described below. The second delivers our confirmation and reminder emails. Both handle your information on our behalf and under contract, and neither is permitted to use it for their own purposes.
When our office manager replies to you, he can ask a writing assistant provided by our hosting company to draft that reply. To do that it is shown your name, the service you asked about, your preferred time, and your message. It writes a draft only. Nothing is sent to you until a person has read it, edited it, and chosen to send it, and the assistant is not permitted to keep your information or use it for anything else.
Your health information does not live here
Nothing on this website asks you for a symptom, a medication, a condition, or any other health detail, and none of the forms have a field for one. Your screening happens in person, with the licensed team, before any therapy is given.
Electro-Lite Solutions and East Alabama Primary Care are two separate businesses run by the same person, and our IV therapy is covered clinically by that practice. So what you tell the team during screening, and the record of your treatment, is a medical record held by them. It is not stored by this website and it is not covered by this page. Those records are kept under East Alabama Primary Care's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which sets out your rights over them and how to exercise them. Their privacy notice is there too, and their front desk will give you a printed copy of either one.
So there are two separate things, and it is worth being plain about which is which. A booking request you send from this website is ours, and this page explains it. A treatment record is the practice's, and their notice explains that.
Where your information is
We serve Auburn and the surrounding Alabama area, and every event we run is in Alabama. We do not move your information overseas ourselves. The two providers described above are United States companies that run networks in many countries, which is ordinary for anything on the internet.
The bot check
Our forms carry a spam check that runs quietly in the background while you fill them in. You will not see it and it asks you for nothing. It does not read what you typed.
How it is kept
Your request is stored in our own database on our own hosting account. Reaching it requires a password-protected staff login, and each staff member has their own.
We keep booking and appointment records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not have a fixed automatic deletion schedule, so if you want your information removed, ask us and we will remove it.
What you can ask us to do
Call us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct something that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. There is no form and no fee.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your information, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
